EEO/HR Area

The EEO Compliance Manager is responsible for investigating claims of employment discrimination and ensuring that federal laws prohibiting these practices are enforced. In addition, the Human Resources area is an internal services division of Dallas Fire-Rescue. They provide guidance with professional development, employee relations, employee assistance programs, performance management, salary administration and staffing.

  • A written request should: reasonably identify the records needed/requested;
  • Include mailing address, phone number, or other means to contact you regarding your request;
